(40ml) tomato sauce Worcestershire sauce Tabasco sauce 3 tbsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. wine vinegar 2 tbsp. grated onion 2 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 tbsp. lemon rind, grated 1 tbsp. lemon juice 6 tbsp. sour cream Salt and freshly ground black pepper 2 tbsp. chopped olives 500gr cooked crabmeat, flaked 6 large tomatoes Lettuce and sliced hard boiled eggs
