2 tbsp. macadamia oil 1 large onion, cut into slim wedges 2-3 cloves garlic 1 tbsp. chopped fresh ginger 1 small fresh chilli, finely chopped 250gr whole macadamia nuts 1kg green prawns, peeled leaving tail intact or 750gr green prawn cutlets 750gr Chinese vegetable of choice 1 tbsp. fish sauce 2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. oyster or plum sauce 1/3 cup water or stock 2 tsp. corn flour
