Ostrich Fillet and Prawn

1 kg ostrich fillets

½ kg green prawn cutlets

1 ½ cup rice

Asparagus spears

Low sodium soy sauce

  • Marinate the ostrich fillets in soy sauce.

  • Grill the fillets over a grill at a very high temperature until medium-rare.

  • Grill the prawn cutlets.

  • Serve over a bed of rice with asparagus spears on the side.
