Baked Scallops in Shells

500gr scallop meat

4 whole reef scallops, cleaned and meat removed

4 tbsp. heavy cream

4 tsp. dine dry bread crumbs

4 tsp. melted butter

  • Place four or five scallop meat in each of four greased scallop shells.

  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  • Add 1 tbsp. cream to each shell.

  • Bake in oven at 220  C for 10 minutes.

  • Serves 4.
